Big cities such as Surabaya, Jakarta, Makassar, Medan, Yogyakarta, Malang is part of the city which it has been a lot of people to conduct business activities, schools, and tourism. thus the need for housing is still very high, early alternative to a have a lot of money is the Hotel, Motel In addition, Guest House, Apartment and house renting. Another opportunity is the boarding house, which belonged to someone who rents a room for rent because the house is excess room and deliberately made his home for rent room.
This is the opportunities for city dwellers who have an adequate location. so with a lease that will provide added value to the family.
but there is something slightly disturbing to us is a lot of Indonesian people are free boarding house occupied by couples without marriage. hopefully this will be the attention of the leaders of this country. although I also never enjoyed such a condition that is free to stay at home boarding but this is contrary to conscience.
